Teamstudio’s Application Analysis program enables you to programmatically gather the design information from all of your applications across all your servers. And, because there is no human intervention, there’s no human error.
Once the information is collected, Teamstudio analyzes the data and identifies specific issues that can be valuable when planning for a number of specific projects, including Notes Upgrades, Moving off of Notes, Server Consolidation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Agent Health & Security Assessments, and Ongoing Monitoring.
System Assessment
The System Assessment is an optional service that can be included in your Application Analysis. It is designed to help you understand the Notes infrastructure, replication topology, and number of servers and users to ensure an accurate project scope.
This technology-enhanced service programmatically collects and collates key information about the Domino server configuration within your infrastructure. And because it’s automated, there is no risk of human error. Once the information is gathered, Teamstudio analyzes the data and examines it for anything that might have a detrimental effect on performance.
Examples of the areas examined include:
- General Domino Server configuration
- Server security settings
- Replication topology and current status
- AdminP function status
- DDM settings
- ...and more.
We’ll present the results of the analysis to you in a clear and concise report. This report highlights any and all issues uncovered, along with recommendations for remediation. If you wish, Teamstudio can also implement the remediation(s) for you.
In addition, we can set up an ongoing System Health Check for you, in which your server configurations are checked on a regular basis, so you can keep your Domino infrastructure running optimally.
