Technical support will only be provided for the then-current major release and one prior major release of Teamstudio software.
In plain English, this means that we will support the current edition of Teamstudio products, as well as the release prior to that. If we receive a call for support regarding a problem in an earlier release, we'll ask you to upgrade to the current edition of the Teamstudio products in order to make the fix.
Teamstudio Product Support for Lotus Notes Versions and Windows Versions
Teamstudio tools are certified to run on the current IBM supported Notes/Designer clients only, to include Notes versions 8.x and 8.5.x. They are also certified to run on Windows versions XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
Note: This does not mean our tools will not work with previous releases of Notes. Typically they will, without problem. Our tools are just not tested in any unsupported Notes clients. So, for example, if you want to run our tools on the unsupported Notes 6.x, and you find a problem, we'll ask you to upgrade to a supported version of IBM Lotus Notes in order to make the fix.
