Nigel Cheshire - CEO

Nigel Cheshire founded Teamstudio in 1996, and has led the business since then. In 2005, he founded a new addition to the Teamstudio Group, Enerjy Software. He now provides strategic direction as well as day-to-day leadership of both businesses.

Prior to Teamstudio, Nigel was a principal of Ives & Company, a UK-based CRM solutions consultancy that was acquired by Aspective in 1999. Before that, he worked in the R&D group at Data General Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Teesside, England.

Craig Schumann - Senior Vice President of Research and Development

As Senior Vice President of Research and Development, Craig is responsible for product strategy, research and development of the entire Teamstudio product line. With more than 12 years of experience with Notes and Domino, Craig has worked with Notes going back to R4. Prior to Teamstudio, he worked at IBM / Lotus.

Craig holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Scott Johnsen - Senior Vice President of Marketing and Alliances

As the head of Marketing and Alliances, Scott is leading strategic positioning, messaging and branding for IT Governance across the application lifecycle to ensure it is relevant to our customers worldwide through our services and technologies.

Scott's previous credits over the last 20 years in business have included leadership positions with Monster.com, Arch Wireless and Progress Software.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Indiana University - Bloomington, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College.

Rocky Oliver - Vice President of Products

As the Vice President of Products, Rocky is responsible for establishing product direction across Teamstudio's product line, and for developing and maintaining relationships with the Lotus collaborative community. Rocky works closely with the development organization to match Teamstudio's products with customers' evolving needs.

Rocky has established himself as an expert in the Notes and Domino community through the publication of several books, numerous magazine articles and speaking engagements at numerous technical conferences throughout the United States and Europe and his blog Lotus Geek. Rocky also attended the University of Georgia.

Tamsin Oldenburg - Vice President Client Services, NALA

As the Vice President of Client Services, Tamsin leads the sales and professional services teams in the NALA region. As former Director of NALA Products Division, she brings a wealth of experience to this role, including a proven track record of team leadership.

Tamsin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.

Stephanie Heit - VP Client Services, EMEA

Stephanie joined Teamstudio in 2000 and has played a key role in building the brand and driving IT Governance solutions throughout Europe. The last 7 years with Teamstudio has seen Stephanie rise through the organization from Senior Account Manager in the German market to head of the EMEA region.

Stephanie brings over 17 years of sales experience to this position, including a proven track record in leadership roles across several sectors including retail, property, health and aviation. Born in Germany, Stephanie has been based in the UK for over 10 years and is bilingual in German and English.
