Nigel Cheshire

Nigel Cheshire - CEO

Nigel Cheshire founded Teamstudio in 1996. As CEO Nigel provides the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership that keeps the company in step with its customers and one step ahead of the competition.

Prior to Teamstudio, Nigel was a principal of Ives & Company, a UK-based CRM solutions consultancy that was acquired by Aspective in 1999. Before that, he worked in the R&D group at Data General Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Teesside, England.

Mark Dixon

Mark Dixon - CTO

Mark Dixon conceived and created the original portfolio of award-winning Teamstudio IBM/Lotus developer tools. After spending three years focusing his time on Teamstudio's sister company, Enerjy Software, Mark returned to Teamstudio in 2008 where he now manages product strategy.

Prior to joining Teamstudio, Mark was a senior consultant at Ives & Company. He holds a master's degree in mathematics from Cambridge University, and completed postgraduate research there in applied probability.

Craig Schumann

Craig Schumann

Senior Vice President of Research and Development

As Senior Vice President of Research and Development, Craig is responsible for product strategy, research, and development of the entire Teamstudio product line. With more than 12 years of experience with Notes and Domino, Craig has worked with Notes going back to R4. Prior to Teamstudio, he worked at IBM / Lotus.

Craig recently published "Just Enough Governance for Notes," a book that offers a prescription for balancing IT governance with creativity. Craig holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Scott Johnsen

Scott Johnsen

Vice President of Product Management and Alliances

As Vice President of Product Management and Alliances, Scott is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. He works closely with development, sales, marketing and tech support to ensure that Teamstudio products support the company's overall strategy and goals.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Indiana University - Bloomington, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College.

Stephanie Heit

Stephanie Heit

Vice President of Sales

Since joining Teamstudio in 2000, Stephanie has played a key role in the company. Stephanie began her career with Teamstudio as a Senior Account Manager in the German market and has risen through the ranks to head the sales organizations in the U.S. and Europe. She is also responsible for developing our reseller channel in those regions.

Stephanie brings over 17 years of sales experience to this position. She has held leadership roles in a variety of vertical markets including retail, real estate, healthcare, and aviation. Born in Germany, Stephanie has been based in the U.K. for more than 10 years and is bilingual in German and English.

Michael Hanna

Michael Hanna

Vice President - APAC

Michael joined Teamstudio in 2005. With more than ten years experience working in Asia, Michael has played a leading role in Teamstudio's strong growth in the Asia Pacific region. He has previously held management positions in a variety of industries, including education and interactive entertainment.

Michael speaks fluent Japanese and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of N.S.W. and a Masters of Marketing from Charles Sturt University.
