Is it possible to wax poetic about a software tool that essentially does one thing? Teamstudio Configurator users would tell you it is. Configurator can find and replace strings in designs and documents--including hard-coded references in old databases--eliminating the risks, developer costs, and drudgery of doing it manually. Even in Notes 8.5 IBM Lotus Domino Designer doesn't offer an equivalent function, searching only within 8.5 XML code. For these and more reasons, Notes developers are especially fond of Configurator!
