




We use a "two-decimal point" numbering system to identify releases; i.e., a major release number to the left of the decimal point, and two minor release digits to the right of the decimal point (e.g., 1.24).

By default, all quoted prices for Teamstudio products include a one-year Maintenance Agreement. This covers upgrades to all new releases of the covered product - regardless of the type of release - free of charge for a period of one calendar year from the date of purchase. The customer has the option to renew the Maintenance Agreement coverage for the next year by paying the then-current Maintenance Charges before the end of the year of coverage. A two-year** Maintenance Agreement may be purchased for additional savings and convenience.

If a customer does not have a Maintenance Agreement for a particular product because the coverage has lapsed, Minor Releases may still be acquired free of charge (until the next release when a License Key change occurs) by downloading the updated software from the Teamstudio.com web site. If a customer without a current Maintenance Agreement wishes to acquire a Feature Release or a Major Release upgrade, they may do so by paying the then-current product price. The customer will need a new License Key to be able to install the updated software for a Feature Release or Major Release. The new License Key will be issued upon payment for the product. As mentioned above, the purchase of any Teamstudio product automatically includes a Maintenance Agreement that entitles the customer to receive all product upgrades for one year free of any additional charge.
Customers with current Maintenance Agreements are encouraged to download their new versions from the Teamstudio.com web site. When a new release is issued, customers are sent an e-mail notification that includes a web link; when new License Keys are required, they are included in the same e-mail notification. Customers that cannot utilize this service will be sent a CD, together with any updated License Keys. One CD will be sent to each registered contact, so that if ten licenses are registered to a single contact, only one CD will be sent to that person.
While Teamstudio makes no commitment to the number of new releases made each year for Teamstudio products, we plan to make Feature Releases of each Teamstudio product every six months. Teamstudio makes no commitment to the number of new releases made each year for or on behalf of Teamstudio Partnersource software authors.
Teamstudio provides technical support services for Teamstudio products free of charge for the duration of the then-current Maintenance Agreement. As this support is provided free of charge, it is provided on a 'best endeavors' basis, with no guarantees of response time. To obtain technical support, customers should do one of the following:
For Teamstudio Partnersource products, Teamstudio is the sole distributor. Teamstudio makes no commitment on behalf of participating software authors to provide technical support services free of charge for the lifetime of their product(s). Teamstudio provides download support services for Teamstudio Partnersource products while the software author provides product support via the e-mail address shown in the literature.
