Whether we've known each other for a while or you're a new customer, we think it's only fair that you get to know a little about us. Here’s an introduction to our sales and marketing team.
Dan Colbert – Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, and Board Member
Dan leads Teamstudio’s sales and marketing team. In 2003, he joined the Teamstudio start-up venture Enerjy Software and built the sales organization in North America from the ground up. Currently, Dan is responsible for global direct and channel sales of all Teamstudio products. Dan has played a key role in helping clients implement software development best practices and define mobile application strategies. In addition to his experience at Teamstudio, Dan has seven years of experience working with IT organizations as a staffing consultant. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, College of Literature, Science and the Arts.
Courtney Carter – Marketing Manager
Courtney joined Teamstudio in August 2013. She is responsible for developing and carrying out plans for webinars, product promotions, and trade shows, as well as managing the website, social media, and brand identity. Courtney currently lives in San Diego and enjoys all the outdoor activities Southern California offers. She is a graduate of Texas State University with a B.A. in Public Relations and Political Science.
Jon Andrews – Regional Sales Manager
Jon joined Teamstudio in 2003. As a Regional Sales Manager, he has assisted organizations in improving the quality and control of their Notes applications. Jon enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and landscaping the property surrounding their 240-year-old farmhouse built by his fifth great grandfather.
Tim Howlett – Regional Sales Manager
Tim joined Teamstudio in 2004 and works as a Regional Sales Manager in the North American region. With 12 years of experience working with IBM Notes technology, Tim has provided guidance to organizations to help them implement controls and best practices in their application environments. Tim has worked with IT leaders at his clients to develop modern strategies for the custom applications used by their business. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts, School of Management.

Marc Marchand – Regional Sales Manager
Through his academic studies and professional career, Marc has experienced life in five European countries. Born in France, he now lives in Dublin, Ireland with his wife and two sons. Before joining Teamstudio as Regional Sales Manager in 2015, Marc worked for several software vendors and IT systems integrators in both sales and operations roles. In his spare time, he enjoys running, watching football, and having a good laugh with family and friends! Marc speaks English, French, and Spanish.
Michael Whitehead – Regional Account Manager
Michael has been with Teamstudio since December 2014 and looks after our UK and Nordic regions as well as South Africa. Being relatively new to Notes, he is excited about learning the environment and enjoys demonstrating Teamstudio’s tools. Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his family and sail at his local sailing club. He also has a passion for wine - particularly red - and enjoys brewing his own wine and, of course, tasting the result!
Margaret Acaylar – Senior Account Manager
Margaret is based in Tokyo, Japan and has been with Teamstudio since 2006. She looks after Teamstudio’s Australian and Asian markets. She enjoys traveling, loves sushi, and has three Chihuahuas.
