Teamstudio Group Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement
Here at Teamstudio, we are concerned about the wellbeing of our co-workers and also wish to ensure that we maintain our high level of service to our customers. We are fortunate in that most of our employees work from home as a matter of course, and those that don’t are properly equipped to be able to do so. Flexible working is baked into our culture here, and everyone at Teamstudio is now working from home.
100% of our Technical Support staff work from home in any case. We provide tech support through email, via an online form or by phone message. If tech support staffing levels are negatively impacted by illness, we have plans in place to provide cover by members of the software development team. We pride ourselves on our levels of responsiveness and accuracy when it comes to answering tech support questions, and we will do our utmost to maintain those standards over the coming weeks and months.
