Every time a support case with Teamstudio closes, we ask a simple question: how did we do? We've been collecting those answers for years, and we thought it was worth sharing what the numbers, and your words, actually say. To keep things manageable (we’ve been doing this for more than 30 years!), we looked back over the last five years.
The trend
Since 2021 the average score has climbed steadily every year:
2021: 4.50 / 5.0
2022: 4.64 / 5.0
2023: 4.53 / 5.0
2024: 4.74 / 5.0
2025: 4.92 / 5.0
2026 (year to date): 4.91 / 5.0
Over the last twelve months alone, that's all rated cases averaging 4.9 out of 5.0 — the strongest sustained run we've had. Three out of every four ratings across the full five-year history have been a perfect 5.
It's not a small or self-selecting sample, either. These ratings come from customers all over the world, on cases covering everything from routine Export questions to gnarly, hard-to-reproduce bugs that took real digging to run down. The trend line holding steady, and climbing, across that range of case types is, we think, the more meaningful story than any single quarter's number.
What you're actually saying
Numbers are nice, but the comments are the part we read twice. A few from the past year:
"Larry was awesome. We appreciate all the assistance."
"Quick response and knowledgeable responder (Larry is the best)!!!"
"Outstanding and super efficient service provided. Thank you."
"Prompt support with great advice which did solve the issue I was having."
And from our Japanese customers, translated from the original:
"You responded very politely. Thank you very much."
"The advice with examples was easy to understand. Thank you very much."
Why it matters
Behind every one of those scores is a real case — an Export that wouldn't run, a template that needed a fix, a question that needed an answer fast. Larry and the rest of our support team have handled these interactions personally (no AI bots here!), and the consistency of the feedback says more about their approach than any of us could in a press release: patient, thorough, and willing to stick with a hard problem until it's actually solved.
It's also a two-way habit worth noting. We don't just collect these ratings and file them away. Every low score gets reviewed, and every piece of open-ended feedback gets read by the person who worked the case. When a customer tells us an answer was hard to follow or a fix took longer than it should have, that's exactly the kind of signal that changes how the next case gets handled. The climbing average isn't an accident; it's five years of small adjustments in response to exactly this kind of feedback.
We'll keep tracking this and keep sharing it. Thanks to everyone who took the extra thirty seconds to leave a rating and a note. It's genuinely how we know what's working.
As always, if you have comments, positive or negative, we want to hear them. Email us anytime!
