We are thrilled to announce the latest release of Teamstudio Developer Tools Suite - Edition 35. This release is a significant feature release that brings 64-bit support to our tool suite for compatibility with the new HCL 12.0.2 64-bit Designer client.

The latest release of HCL Notes & Domino (“Danube”), includes a neat new tool, Restyler, that lets you instantly modernize the look and feel of elderly applications. While this is a powerful new feature, it’s essential that you combine it with a version control system so that you can identify exactly what the automated tool has changed.

The release of HCL Domino v12, combined with Teamstudio Build Manager v9.0, opens up some interesting possibilities for using new features in both products to integrate HCL Domino apps into DevOps strategies using modern platforms and tools. This is the fourth in a series of articles that describes some options for how to do that.

HCL’s upcoming release of the Notes client, version 12.0.2 (“Danube”) will include 64-bit versions of Domino Designer. That impacts on our tools, and we will be releasing new, 64-bit versions. We’ll be entering a beta test phase soon, and this is your chance to participate!
